We are excited to continue our partnership with Future Plans as we continue to work with the Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors toward their future goals in college/career readiness. Please see the attached letter from Future Plans in regards to details of conversations that are happening with your children at school throughout the year with this partnership. Juniors and Seniors were assessed and coached last year as the Sophomores will start their journey in this program this school year. Future Plans also provides a great summer resource through the Bear Tracks program at SSU, in which they will gain more information about in the Spring of 2026.
