Students’ end-of-course state test results have been uploaded in ProgressBook for families to view at your convenience. Thank you for supporting your students’ academic endeavors for the 2025-2026 school year. Thanks in part to student and family accountability, 100% of high school students were tested.

Thanks to Olivia Jenkins for choosing to paint some of our Bobcat history for her senior initiative project. Her artwork will be displayed in the new building across from the trophy cases by the gym; please be sure to check it out!

Special thank you to Sara Hunt from future plans for organizing our career readiness event. Students were able to visit each workshop to learn about

-Interview Etiquette
-Elevator Pitches
-Career Discovery in Scioto County

Students were also able to get headshots taken to upload to their resumes or online portfolios.

Good afternoon educators, I am very excited to share the information for Shawnee State University’s Cub Camp 2026! Camp will take place June 22-25 from 8:30am-4:30pm. We have programs for students in preschool through 8th grade. I have attached some flyers. Please share them with your students and on your social media outlets. Students are pictured with Glockner Dare to Dream representative, Mike Thompson, to receive their earnings from the Dare to Dream Business competition held at Shawnee State University. Bookyclips (Sydney Little, Miley Kegley, and Kadence Conschafsky) won $1,500. Doodlewraps (Savannah Pierce, Taylor Patten, Ryleigh Davis, Brennan Renison, and Miranda Hunt) won $1,000. Winning third place overall was Fabulous Fudge (Olivia Jenkins, Uriah Satterfield, Emma Brown, and Lexy Gullett) won $3,500. Congratulations all three groups!

Every Senior will have a sign. Without a photo they will have names only, Thanks to all of our donors! An all-call "final plea" will follow.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

In accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22 (Ohio Open Meetings Act), notice is hereby given that the Green Local School District Board of Education will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the school cafetorium located at 4057 Gallia Pike, Franklin Furnace, OH 45629. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss matters required to be kept confidential by state statutes. The Board of Education may enter into Executive Session pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(5) for matters required to be kept confidential by state statutes.

Monday's lunch menu has been changed. It will now be:
Chicken Sandwich / Cheeseburger
Side Salad
Corn
Fresh Fruit
Chocolate or White Milk

Tuesday's lunch will Easter Dinner.
