"Team Tyler" Update
Tyler's mom, Lisa, gave me permission to post this information.
First and foremost, Tyler's family sends their sincere thanks to the Bobcat Nation for your well-wishes, prayers, and overwhelming support.
I (Jodi Armstrong) will take a collection of supplies to Tyler and his family on Tuesday, December 29. If you would like to contribute a card, letter, donation, or other small item (please remember that space is very limited) you may bring it to the Board Office between 8:00-10:00 AM that morning. I will put those items together before leaving the office. Thank you.
BOBCAT STRONG.
Friendly Reminder: Tonight's triple-header Jr. High basketball games will be live on the NFHS Network.

To Parents of Current/Potential CCP students:
Questions have arisen regarding attending the scheduled meeting this evening. Please know that because the law and rules change every year, this is a required annual meeting for CCP and/or potential CCP students. Even if you have attended a meeting in the past, you must attend this meeting if you want your student to be eligible to take CCP courses next year. Even if your student is a current CCP student, you must attend this meeting.
If you need to attend the meeting live (virtually starting at 6:00p), please use this link: https://meet.google.com/lookup/cvds4dekbq and please also email Mrs. Merrill-Riffe at emerrill@greenbobcats.org to obtain the speaking materials. An in-person meeting is scheduled tonight at 6:00p in the HS cafeteria.
I hope this clarifies some questions that you may have.
GJHS Student of the Week

NOTICE-Dec. 4, 2020
Dear Bobcat Community,
We want to inform you that an individual who has been physically present and around the Boys Basketball team within the last two weeks has tested positive for COVID-19. Per privacy guidelines, more specific information cannot be shared.
Out of the abundance of caution, the gym will be closed until Dec. 7 and all boys’ basketball practices and events will be temporarily suspended while we continue to work with the Department of Health and conduct all necessary contact tracing. A separate communication will be provided to all District members deemed to have been in “close contact”, as defined by the state and CDC, with this individual.
This is a fluid situation and the District will continue to take all necessary actions to minimize the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. The District is cleaning and disinfecting the areas identified pursuant to CDC guidelines. As an individual, please continue to use best efforts to reduce the risk of spreading the virus such as washing hands frequently for at least 20 seconds, using hand sanitizer, wearing masks, staying home when you are sick, and should you feel the urge to cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose.
We urge you to monitor your own health and to immediately seek medical attention should you experience any COVID-19 symptoms. Symptoms of COVID-19 have been reported to be: fever, shortness of breath, cough, chills, fatigue, loss of taste or smell, chest pain, new confusion, and blush lips or face. Less common symptoms are: achiness, nasal congestion, sore throat, runny nose, and gastrointestinal symptoms. In the event you begin to experience COVID-19 symptoms, test positive for COVID-19, or have come in close contact with a confirmed positive case, contact your physician immediately for guidance.
Thank you and stay safe.
