Good Afternoon, Bobcats. If possible, please take a few minutes to offer your opinions on public transportation in-and-around Scioto County. The purpose of this survey is to gather information in an effort to expand and/or improve upon existing countywide services. These include, but are not limited to: public transportation to grocery stores, pharmacies, medical appointments, job sites, shopping, universities, entertainment, etc. Please note...The survey link below is for the Scioto County Transportation Plan in association with the Ohio Valley Regional Development Commission. There will be a CCP (College Credit Plus) meeting on December 8 at 6:00pm in the HS Cafeteria. Any student grades 8-11 who is interested in enrolling in CCP classes MUST attend this meeting with their parent/guardian. Students are not permitted to enroll into CCP classes if this meeting is not attended. If you need arrangements made to have a virtual meeting, please email: emerrill@greenbobcats.org.

This is a friendly reminder that tomorrow (Friday, Nov. 13) is the first giveaway of items from the Primary. This will consist of a limited number of tricycles and student desks. The giveaway will begin at 11:30 in front of the gate on the playground/highway side of the property. This giveaway is limited to 1 item per person, and you will need to sign a waiver before taking your item from the property. Thank you!

Jr. High Student of the Week One student per grade level was chosen for their outstanding effort, attitude and academic achievements. Congratulations to Uriah Satterfield, 7th grade and Eli Wheeler, 8th grade.

Winter sports pictures will Friday, December 11, 2020. More details to follow..

Primary Update: Tomorrow is the last day for asbestos removal. Demolition will begin shortly after. The “Green Township School” letters will be removed tomorrow for preservation and use in the new complex. If you would like any last pictures while the letters are still in-place, you will need to do that today or very early tomorrow.

As of the time of this posting, none of these individuals have tested positive for COVID-19. No further actions/quarantines are necessary; however, we will continue to work with the health department and monitor the situation. Students riding bus #22 (Sherry's bus) will experience a delay in pickup on Monday, 11/9 and Tuesday, 11/10. Any questions, contact the elementary at 740-354-9290 or the board office at 740-354-9291.
