The State Highway Patrol is conducting regular bus inspections today. Don't worry if you see them parked at the bus garage. 😊
Just a reminder that tonight's Board of Education meeting will be a virtual meeting. See tonight's agenda here - https://5il.co/fecd.
I LOVE THIS COMMUNITY!
I am so proud to come from a place that supports our kiddos and each other.
Tonight was amazing.
Bobcat Proud!
Change of plans...seniors only can park in the side HS parking lot close to the field.
Seniors only...STAY IN YOUR CARS.
In celebration of our Senior Class, Green Local will participate in a recognition ceremony that’s quickly growing across Ohio Schools.
In honor of the Class of 2020, on April 20 (tomorrow) at 8:20 PM, the football field lights will be turned on and will remain on for 20 minutes and 20 seconds.
We invite you to join us in a “drive through” during that time (beginning at 8:20 pm) to wave and honk for our Seniors. Decorate your vehicles and show your Bobcat spirit as you begin the loop on Gallia Pike in front of the school. The Green Township Fire Department will assist in guiding drivers along the path.
Due to social distancing, everyone must remain in their vehicles; parking will not be permitted during the event. Thanks and Go Bobcats!

Hello Bobcat Nation:
I will be out of the office the rest of the week. You may reach me via email at jarmstrong@greenbobcats.org or by calling the board office at 740-354-9291. I will be checking voice mail periodically.
I'll be in the office Monday. Stay well!
Congratulations to Katherine Skipworth, 2019 Green Graduate, on her selection as Marshall University’s “Most Valuable Member” for 2020.
We are “Bobcat Proud!”

Governor DeWine extended the school closure until May 1. There is no clarification if that means we return on May 1 (Fri) or May 4 (Mon).
Hey Bobcat Nation, we hope everyone is staying safe and healthy.

Meal service will begin tomorrow for those who have already signed-up and confirmed.
If interested, call 740-354-9221 to join.
Good Afternoon, Bobcats.
Please see the following updates:
1. The High School will remain open today until 2:00 this afternoon for students in grades 7-12 to complete assignments and pickup necessary items.
2. The Elementary will be open from 1:00-2:00 this afternoon for families of Preschool-2nd Grade students to pick-up work packets. Families of 5th graders may also pick-up a copy of "The One and Only Ivan" for at-home reading. If you are not able to come today (we realize this is short notice), you may come to the Board Office tomorrow between 7:30-12:30 for pickup.
3. For students without home internet access, parking lots in front of both principals' offices, the High School along the gym wall, the Board Office, and Plymouth Heights Church of the Nazarene will serve as "hot spots" for access from a vehicle.
4. We are working to finalize food distribution services. If you are interested in this service, please complete the survey link on the school website or call Vicki Ison at 740-354-9221. Be prepared to provide the number of children to be served, your address, and contact information.
5. All Mod Classwork (grades 5-6) will be posted on Google Classroom.
6. Spectrum is offering free internet access for 60 days for qualifying families without existing service. You may call 1-844-488-8395 for more information.
Thank you and stay well.
We're in this together!
